Who we are
septicri.com (Septic RI) is operated by Marketing Doctor LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Questions about this policy go to info@septicri.com.
What we collect
Calls. When you call 401-535-7951, our call-tracking provider records the call, your phone number, the time and the length of the call. Email. If you email us we keep the message and your address. Browsing. Our host and analytics tools log standard technical data such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location from your IP address. We do not ask for or store health, financial account or government ID information.
How we use it
We use what you tell us to arrange the estimate you asked for, which means passing your name, phone number, town and a description of the job to one septic company that serves your town so it can contact you. We also use call recordings and site data to improve the site and to keep a record of requests.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. We share it only with the septic company arranging your estimate, with service providers who run our phone and hosting systems, or when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep call records and messages for up to three years, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time by emailing info@septicri.com. The site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, and it is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date above.
