The guides on this site explain Rhode Island rules and programs in general terms. They are not legal, tax, engineering or real estate advice, and rules, program terms and costs change. Confirm anything that matters to a decision with RIDEM, your town, the lender or a qualified professional. We link to primary sources so you can check them.
Estimates and work
septicri.com is operated by Marketing Doctor LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Septic RI does not design, install, inspect or pump septic systems. When you call for an estimate, it is provided by an independent septic company that serves your town. That company sets its own prices, holds its own permits and licenses, and contracts with you directly. We are not a party to any agreement between you and that company and are not responsible for its work, pricing or conduct. Please check any company's credentials before hiring; our guide to the permit process explains what the state requires.
Liability
Marketing Doctor LLC provides this site as is. As far as Texas law permits, it accepts no liability for losses that come from using the site or acting on what it says, or from the work, pricing or conduct of a septic company you choose to hire, and that includes indirect and consequential losses.
